We begin February with a food post. We've enjoyed some Basque burnt cheesecakes before but for some reason, the ones we received last month as a gift to the wife were the best so far. I forgot to take a photo of the maker though so we'll probably ask the gifter where she got them. For now, I am satisfied to just share a couple of photos of the cheesecakes.
I took this photo to show the texture of the cheesecake. It was not so moist nor dry inside. It was the right kind of fluffy as far as these cheesecake varieties go. |
