The past few weeks saw a few friends and acquaintances pass away. Two were classmates of mine in Grade School and High School - Mackie Hilvano and Bennet Zerrudo. Another was a High School classmate - Jay Bautista. And another was a former government official whom I had engaged with on different occasions - Benny Reinoso. While two succumbed to serious illnesses, another was victim of a freak accident. One I didn't have much information nor was there shared in our alumni network. It is unfortunate and surely depressing for their families for the loss of these people. One cannot imagine what and how they feel for their loss. We can only pray for the eternal repose of their souls and that those they left behind would be consoled during this period of grieving. Rest in peace my friends!
