We had dinner at The Shore restaurant of the Nikko Bali Resort and Spa. The restaurant was located at the poolside near the beach. Our dinner was sponsored by our hosts from the Institute of Transport Policy Studies (ITPS). We each ordered whatever we wanted to eat from the menu. I decided to take on the theme of our location and settled for seafood although there was Australian beef on the menu and I could have had steak.
