While Seiko is perhaps the more popular brand among Japanese watches, Citizen is no slouch and produces high quality pieces. Their vintage watches are also collectible yet less expensive than their Seiko counterparts. The Citizen Leopards are high beat models not so different from the Seiko Lord Marvel, KS and perhaps even GS models that are the contemporaries for this model. The Superbeat 8 is an automatic watch that's usually under the radar in as far as hi-beat watches go.
The watch has a white dial with stick hour markers, day and date complications. The days can be set in English or Kanji. |

This watch is powered by a runs at 28,800 A/h. I have yet to determine the exact caliber though and its potential power reserve. |

I've used this watch quite frequently last December it was a reliable piece most of the time. At certain times, it stopped despite continuous use. I think that's an indication that it's time to have in checked and cleaned.
